Warranty Program

Our warranty is designed to give you peace of mind when choosing CorpIT solutions. We stand by the quality of our products and services.

Hardware & Devices – Covers manufacturing defects, faulty components, and abnormal failures under normal use.

Software & Systems – Covers installation, configuration, and performance issues caused by our deployment.

Services & Solutions – Covers workmanship, setup, and integration errors directly provided by CorpIT.

Support – Free troubleshooting and technical assistance within the warranty period.

What’s Not Covered:

Normal wear and tear or consumable parts (e.g., batteries, accessories)

Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications

Issues from third-party hardware, software, or services not supplied by CorpIT

We’ve made the warranty claim process simple and straightforward:

Resolution – If your claim is approved, we will arrange for repair, replacement, or reconfiguration at no additional cost within the warranty terms.

Provide Details – Share your product/service details, purchase invoice, and a description of the issue.

Assessment – Our technical team will review your case and may request additional information or remote troubleshooting.

We work with trusted logistics partners to ensure your orders arrive safely and on time.

✈️ International Shipping

  • Economy shipping (14–30 business days)
  • Express courier (5–8 business days) via DHL, FedEx, or UPS

  • White-glove delivery and installation for IT equipment and solutions
  • Secure, insured shipping for sensitive or high-value hardware

At CorpIT, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we provide a straightforward return process under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns

  • Products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging/accessories included.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice/receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or specially ordered equipment
  • Software licenses, digital products, and subscription services
  • Items damaged by misuse, unauthorized modifications, or external causes

🔄 Process

  1. Request a Return – Contact us at support@corp-it.com with your order details.
  2. Approval & Instructions – Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
  3. Inspection & Refund – Once received, items will be inspected. Approved returns will be refunded or exchanged within 7–10 business days.

💡 Note: Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Our free shipping offer applies only to the initial delivery of your order.

  • Returns for Customer Convenience (e.g., change of mind, ordered the wrong item) – Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Returns for Warranty or Defective Products – If the return is approved under our warranty or due to an error on our part, CorpIT will cover the return shipping cost.

Returns & Exchanges

Yes — returns and exchanges are available under the following conditions:

Returns

  • You may return your order within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging/accessories.
  • A valid proof of purchase (invoice/receipt) is required.

🔄 Exchanges

  • Eligible for the same 14-day period.
  • Exchanges can be made for items of equal or higher value (with any difference payable).

Exceptions

  • Software licenses, digital products, and subscription services
  • Customized or specially ordered items
  • Products damaged due to misuse or unauthorized modifications

💡 Process: To start a return or exchange, please email support@corp-it.com with your order details. Our team will review your request and provide instructions.

We’ve kept our return process simple and transparent:

  1. Submit a Request Contact us at support@corp-it.com with your order number, invoice, and reason for return.
  2. Receive Instructions Our support team will confirm eligibility and provide a return authorization with shipping details.
  3. Ship the Item Back Pack the product securely in its original packaging (with all accessories/manuals) and ship it using the instructed method.
  4. Inspection Once we receive the item, our quality team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions.
  5. Refund or Exchange
    • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days back to your original payment method.
    • Exchanges are shipped out once the return is approved.

💡 Tip: Keep your shipping receipt/tracking number until the return is fully processed.

Yes! From time to time, CorpIT offers special promotions, discounts, and bundle deals on selected products and services.

💡 Tip: Follow us on our official channels or sign up for our newsletter so you never miss a deal.

In most cases, yes — if your original order was purchased with a discount, the same discount will be applied to your exchange.

  • Equal or Higher Value Item – The discount will carry over. If the new item is higher in price, you simply pay the difference.
  • ⚠️ Expired Promotions – If the promotion or discount code has expired by the time you request the exchange, it may not be valid for the new order.
  • 🚫 Different Promotions – Discounts cannot be combined or transferred to a different promotional campaign.

💡 Tip: To make sure you keep your discount, submit your exchange request as soon as possible while the promotion is still active.

Currently, returns must be processed through our online support system to ensure proper tracking and approval.

💡 Note: Returning items without prior authorization may delay or void your refund/exchange.

Why: This allows us to verify eligibility, issue a return authorization, and handle refunds or exchanges accurately.

🚚 Shipping Back: After approval, you’ll receive instructions on how and where to ship the item.

Shipping & Recent Orders

Once your order is confirmed, we carefully prepare it for delivery using trusted shipping partners.

Sometimes, USPS tracking shows “Delivery” before the package actually arrives. This can happen due to:

  • Scan Timing: The package was scanned at the local post office or delivery vehicle, not yet in your hands.
  • Delayed Updates: Tracking information may be updated slightly ahead of the actual delivery.
  • Carrier Routing: USPS may mark a package as delivered if it’s out for delivery or left at a nearby facility.

💡 Tip: If your package has not arrived within 24 hours of the “Delivery” status, contact support@corp-it.com and we will help track it down.
